More Free Templates will be added as time allows and we're looking to have in the neighbourhood of 60 altogether.
These Web Site Templates are a collection of graphics and two starter pages, that you can use to help get you started on your own Web Site. They are finished and ready-to-go, except for one thing—your personalization! Add your own touch with text, pictures, music, guest books, counters, etc.
After all, it would be no fun if everything was done for you! We learn by doing, so use either starter page as a template for creating all your other pages. Remember for each new page you create, you need to change the code for the graphics.
All sites come with two index pages: Dynamic and Static.
The Dynamic version has "MouseOver" JavaScript code which allows the Navigation Button to change from an "Off" to "On" state, when you pass your mouse over them. On the Static page the buttons always remain the same, although you can use an "On" button to indicate what directory a person is in.
If you do not have a JavaScript Enabled browser, the MouseOvers will not work. But I guess you already knew that, since JavaScript is used a lot at this site. 
Each package contains:
- 2 pages
an index page coded with MouseOvers (index.html)
an index page not coded for MouseOvers (static_index.html)
Each page has examples of valid code for HTML 4.01, JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). This will give you a good start on proper coding techniques.
